JM: How long was your sentencing for?
John: Time served which was two weeks.
Raquel: I was locked up in the annex for almost a year
before getting my 10 probation sentence. I am 9
years into it.
Colby: Defered Adjudicated
Nikki: I violated my probation and was charged with an
MTR, motion to revoke... the judge sentenced me
to 90 days on an electonic moniter
Hoyllwood: only a few hours.
JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like?
John: Just like pre sentencing. Your in there with
everyone-murders, rapists, etc.
Raquel: Yes, you go back into the holding cell and wait
for the bus to transfer you back to the jail.
Colby: Yes, No different if in jail on Holidays but did
have different moods from other inmates as they
miss there families and reminisce would it would
be like if they were out..
Nikki: I was in a holding cell for about 30 minutes and
then transported back to Bexar County Jail
Lea: Holding cell sucked. It is before they classify
where you will be until your court date which can
be anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months before you
actually see the judge, the girls in the holding
cell are in there for anything from minor
possesion charges to serious assault charges.
Hoyllwood: After the sentencing it seemed as if they took
even longer to do nothing. haha what do they care?
Our tax dollars pay them.

ok so my bff has been in the county jail for a year for robbery do you think she can get probation. Does anyone know anyone else in sa who got probation for that

BC needs to send all the bad prisoners to war like the ones on death row cause know they let anyone in the army send the inmates that have 10 or more years. Then we don't have to feed them.

can anyone tell me ABOUT how long my bro will get. hes in for failing to appear in court for an assault charge on his wife/gf for the 2nd time. his bond is 10,000 but its too much.

Nobody but an attorney could really tell you how long he'll be in there but from my experience (I've been in 3 times) it probably won't be long if it's just that failure to appear. Of course if she is pressing charges he may get more time on that.

my husband 1st mtr and the original charge is assault bodily injury. he failed his drug test 2x and they increased his bond and took him into custody. will probation be reinstated or will he do more time and possibly how much time?

WHY IS IT THAT THE JUDGES GIVE OUT DIFFERENT SENTENCE TO CO-DEFENDENETS IN THE SAME CRIME , I MEAN , THE DRIVER - AGG. ROB. 2 YEARS, THE OLDEST 47 CMM - 8 YEARS , THE ACTUALL STABBER 6 YEAR. AND THE ONE WITH THE MENTAL ISSUES , TAKES THE WHOLE RAP...... WAS FOUND GULITY BY HIS OWN COURT APPOINTED ATTY. THE SYSTEM REALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!

After being in Dominiguz jail for 12 months, this inmate is being transfered to Bexar County jail for 2 misdeameanors. ( not felonies)How long will he be there before he gets a court date? And he does have legal representation.
