Us taxpayers pay alot of money, to feed these inmates.Whats wrong with this system? The guards are all un educated, why are they getting paid what they are?? I know you are trying to teach a lesson to these people in there, but the system is screwed up, because of Pret trial officers over worked, some of these inmates shouldn't even be in there.
