I suppose if we didn't do anything wrong we wouldn't be there and our loved ones wouldn't have to endure the nastiness and degrading conditions. I really marvel reading people that complain about jail. Truthfully when you are an inmate you don't have normal rights as law abiding citizens do as it should be.

We were not talking about howq gaurd treat inmates but how they treat us as visitors like inmates. And... to wait 3 hours to see an inmate in the nasty condition of the visiting area.

You're ignorant... read Eric's comment - the inmate did the crime, not their innocent family members. The only chance of rehabilitating these people comes from normal interaction with friends and family on the outside - you should encourage (not discourage) people from visiting them.
