How long does a felony stay on your record?

Your boyfriend would have to purchase a phone card. It is expensive because they really don't get that many minutes, they get charged .05-.10 for each call so it cuts into the amount of time they actually get. Of course, how is he going to buy the phone card? You or someone else would have to put money on his books to purchase it and they are not always available so it could take a week or two just to get it.

If he's going to be in there for a while it's worth putting some money on his books so he can call you. Even though it's expensive it's cheaper than the collect calls if you don't plan to talk forever each time.
